Matt Green – CEO
As the leader of Front Light Building Co., Matt has a broad range of operational responsibilities including identifying investment opportunities, acquisitions, leadership, financial management, sales, and marketing. Matt believes in the entrepreneurial spirit and always wants Front Light Building Co. to adhere to those principles of constantly creating innovation within the company. Matt is also the owner of JCM Ventures, LLC, and was responsible for the planning and development of Buckwalter Place Town Center in Bluffton, SC. Matt began his career as an accountant for Arthur Anderson. His desire to start a career in real estate led him to leave the industry and join Bennett Development, a real estate development firm in the greater Boston area. As Project Manager working on various residential real estate development projects, he had responsibility for planning and feasibility studies, acquisitions, permitting all projects, and running the daily operations of the company. In 2004, Matt left Bennett Development to found Live Oak Group, LLC and shortly thereafter Live Oak Property Group, LLC and JCM Ventures, LLC. Matt is very involved in the community with his kids’ schools, the local Chamber of Commerce, and other various boards. He chairs the Don Ryan Center for Innovation and was one of the founders of this public-private partnership focusing on creating sustainable economic growth for the region. Matt was born and raised in Shadyside, Ohio. He received a BA in Economics and Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross and attended Linsly Military Institute for high school. Matt and his wife Jennifer have three children: Claire, Madelyn, and Logan.

Josh Hutzler – Chief Operating Officer
With over 25 years of leadership in the homebuilding industry, Josh brings a wealth of operational expertise and a deep-seated passion for excellence to Lanthorne Homes. His journey in the industry is uniquely comprehensive, beginning as the principal owner of his own custom home company before moving into executive roles with Stanley Martin and Toll Brothers. His career is defined by a commitment to bridging the gap between high-level corporate strategy and the “boots on the ground” reality of construction. At Lanthorne, Josh oversees the daily pulse of the company, ensuring that our commitment to quality is matched by operational precision and a seamless experience for every homeowner.
Ryan Gloger – Chief Revenue Officer
Ryan Gloger is a Tampa native and Stanford University alumnus with over 22 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. In addition to overseeing revenue and growth for Lanthorne Homes, he is the owner of Gloger Construction, a Tampa-based custom home contracting firm specializing in high-end residential design throughout the greater Tampa Bay area. Ryan also co-owns Momentum Homes, a boutique homebuilder in Tampa Bay known for thoughtfully designed new homes that blend beauty with functionality. He also owns and manages successful commercial properties in the region, expanding his experience beyond residential construction.
Drew Sandler – Chief Investment Officer
Drew leads Front Light’s organizational strategy across acquisitions and debt and equity capital markets, including platform- and project-level capitalization and the management of institutional and private equity investor relationships. Over his 15-year career in real estate, Drew has led capital strategy for a range of LP and GP investment platforms, most recently as Managing Partner at Flyover Holdings, a privately held platform with holdings across the Midwest and Southeast. His earlier experience spans acquisitions roles with a family office and a Southeast-based developer, along with national capital markets advisory for development firms and investors.
Delton Cunningham – Chief Customer Officer
Delton is a certified Public Accountant and has over 30 year’s experience, including over 20 years In Senior Operational Roles in the homebuilding, real estate, and flooring industries. Delton began his career as a tax accountant with the Miami office of Arthur Andersen. Delton has served as Chief Operating Officer of Lifestyle Flooring, Inc., a major Florida flooring distributor. He held various positions with Tampa based Inland Homes, including Chief Financial Officer, Division President and CEO of CES Homes, Inc. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Danlin Group, a real estate development and hospitality firm with extensive holdings in the Cayman Islands. Delton spent eight years as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bovie Medical Corporation; an American Stock Exchange Company headquartered in Melville, NY. He also served as President of the Asset Protection Program Risk Retention Group, a South Carolina captive insurance company that provided insurance to its member homebuilders. Delton is committed to the idea that Front Light never builds a home that he or any member of the team would not be proud to live in. He firmly believes that we should never ask a homeowner to accept anything that we would not accept in our own home. A graduate of The University of Florida, he was born in Pensacola and raised in the Tampa Bay area. Delton and his wife, Robin, have three children: Brittany, Kaylee, Hunter, and three grandchildren.

Justin Porter - VP, Construction
Justin brings more than 15 years of experience leading complex commercial construction and development projects. Throughout his career, he has overseen $100M+ portfolios, delivered large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments, and built high-performing teams through disciplined execution, financial rigor, and collaborative leadership.
A U.S. Navy Veteran, Justin served four years on the flight deck of the USS Ronald Reagan during its maiden deployment, an experience that shaped his commitment to teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Indiana University of Indianapolis.
As a leader in construction and development, Justin focuses on delivering projects with efficiency, quality, and strong coordination across teams, ensuring successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, home improvement projects, and cooking for his family. He lives in Greenwood with his wife, Andrea, and their three children.
Jessica Shipman - VP, Development Operations
Jessica brings more than 20 years of experience in the community association industry, with deep expertise in large-scale master-planned developments. Her background includes establishing community association governing documents, developing architectural design guidelines, and creating policies and procedures that support long-term community success. She holds the Professional Community Association Management (PCAM) designation, the highest professional credential from the Community Associations Institute, and has most recently overseen the design, procurement, and delivery of common amenities and infrastructure across a portfolio of communities. She earned a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Project Management from the College of Charleston and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University. In her role, Jessica focuses on delivering well-planned, efficiently executed community developments that support both client goals and resident experience. Originally from Mount Pleasant, she now lives in Greenwood and enjoys gardening, cooking, practicing yoga, and exploring her new city.

David Walker - Senior Advisor, FLBC Development
David brings extensive experience in design, construction, development, leadership, and business planning, with a career focused on leading large design and construction organizations and developing opportunities across North America. His current work centers on commercial design and development in the Upstate, including the Olde Eight master plan and portfolio, as well as identifying and advancing new opportunities that serve clients and communities. Now serving as Senior Advisor, David supports the team by providing strategic guidance, strengthening client relationships, and contributing his experience to help ensure successful project outcomes. He remains committed to fostering a culture where people are valued, ideas are encouraged, and work is driven by purpose, collaboration, and accountability. David holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Liberty University and is a fellow Rotarian. He and his wife are actively involved in charitable initiatives throughout the Upstate.

Maggie Boyle - Assistant Project Manager
With over eight years of experience in the construction industry, Maggie has worked across both residential and commercial sectors—gaining valuable insight from design to build. Her career began on the residential side, where she was involved in both the design and construction of custom homes, and later expanded into commercial projects, including the development of two self-storage companies, one of which she helped launch from the ground up. Maggie’s primary focus has been office management, with hands-on involvement in project coordination and day-to-day operations. As she continues to grow in her career, her goal is to move into more management and coordination roles, contributing to the broader strategy and execution of projects. She relocated to the Lowcountry three years ago and has since continued her journey in construction—grateful that it eventually led her to Front Light. Maggie holds a bachelor’s degree from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas, where she earned a full-ride scholarship for barrel racing thanks to her lifelong involvement in the equestrian world. Having grown up in Wyoming, Florida, and South Carolina, Maggie brings a unique perspective shaped by a diverse upbringing. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors—golfing, fishing, boating, and caring for her many plants and flowers. While she doesn’t ride as often these days, she still loves slipping on her boots for a ride now and then.

Kylen Branham - Site Superintendent
Originally from Indiana, Kylen brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. Throughout his career, he has served as a superintendent on multimillion-dollar projects, owned and operated contracting businesses, and managed municipal inspections and compliance efforts. His diverse background provides valuable insight into project execution, quality control, and client satisfaction. Kylen also served in the United States Marine Corps and Marine Corps Reserves and later worked in public service as a police officer and volunteer firefighter, experiences that strengthened his leadership, problem-solving, and commitment to safety. As a Project Manager, Kylen leverages his extensive field experience to help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. He is committed to delivering successful outcomes through strong communication, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused approach. Outside of work, Kylen enjoys spending time with his family, riding dirt bikes, racing motocross, and enjoying the outdoors through hunting and fishing.
Josh Cook - Procurement Manager
Joshua joins the team in Greenwood, bringing extensive experience in purchasing and supply chain management. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Lander University and an MBA with an emphasis in Supply Chain from Charleston Southern University. His professional background includes serving on a procurement team that successfully renegotiated a major contract with BMW, demonstrating his ability to collaborate, analyze complex agreements, and deliver strong results. As Procurement Manager, Joshua oversees bid management, vendor relations, material procurement, and contract negotiation for commercial and residential operations in the Upstate. He focuses on securing quality materials, maintaining competitive pricing, and building strong supplier partnerships to support successful project delivery. Outside of work, he is the founder of the Carolina Special Needs Alliance and has practiced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 2008, earning his black belt in 2019. He lives in Greenwood with his wife, Tabitha, and their four children.
Mia Settle - Project Coordinator
Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, Mia earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Sport Management from Erskine College. Before joining the team, she worked in the flooring industry, where she developed strong project coordination, organizational, and vendor management skills. As a Project Coordinator, she enjoys helping teams stay aligned, improving communication, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently to support successful outcomes for clients. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, playing guitar, discovering new music, and spending time with friends and family.
